Clients misuse anatomy more often than they believe - creating a weaker core, and resulting in decreased function, balance and mobility. Some exercises taught in school don’t apply with real-world patients. Others don’t work the correct muscles, cause further dysfunction, and end up wasting much of the rehab session with your client – not moving them any closer to optimal goals. And your clients are bored in session. Help your clients develop a stronger core in the clinic, community or at home when you enroll.
