Live Seminar FAQs

[+] [-] Is payment required at the time of registration?
No, if you are sending in your registration via phone, fax or mail. But we do recommend that you secure a space at the seminar with a paid registration. You may reserve a space and mail a check before the seminar or bring a check or credit/debit card the day of the seminar. Purchase orders are accepted. We will complete and fax back any that need additional information from us. They are not considered payment and we will send an invoice upon receiving the purchase order and accompanying registration(s).

Yes, if you are registering online. To complete your online registration you must pay with a credit or debit card. We accept, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
[+] [-] Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, confirmations of registration (paid and unpaid) are sent via email within 24 hours of receipt in our office. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please call our office at (800) 397-0180 to verify registration.
[+] [-] What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received at least five working days before the seminar are refundable less a $20 administrative charge per registrant. There is no refund for cancellations received later; however, a credit will be issued toward a future seminar or product order. Please note that if you register and do not attend, you are still liable for full payment.
[+] [-] What if I can't attend, but want to send someone else in my place?
We accept substitutions at any time! If you will have the information prior to the seminar, please contact our Customer Service Department. If you will not know until the day of, please make the registrar aware of the substitution.
[+] [-] How late can I register for a seminar?
Early registrations are those received 10 days prior to the seminar date. However, you can register up to and including the day of the seminar at the regular registration rate (please see the seminar you are interested in for that rate). If you chose to register after the 10 day time frame, please be aware that you will not have a continuing education certificate available to you the day of the seminar. We will mail a certificate to you once we receive confirmation of your attendance and payment. If you choose to register the day before the seminar, please bring your confirmation number and complete an on-site registration form during check-in. We do not deny anyone entrance into our seminars.
[+] [-] Will I receive continuing education credit for attending your seminars?
Yes! Vyne Education is approved by many state and national associations and boards for continuing education credits. Please check the specific seminar you are interested in attending for a list of approval information relating to that seminar. If your state is not listed, please contact your state board for more information or our Continuing Education Department.

*Please note that the credit hours listed are offered by Vyne Education, LLC. and/or boards/associations for a full day's attendance. In the event of late arrival and/or early departure, amended certificates indicating the actual number of credit hours earned will be provided upon calling Vyne Education. In order to process continuing education, please bring the appropriate license/certification number to the seminar.
[+] [-] What will I receive at the course?
You will receive a course manual that accompanies the information presented. These can also be purchased separately at an additional cost, please contact our Customer Service Department for more information!
[+] [-] I need special accommodations (ADA). Who should I contact?
Accommodations will be made in accordance with the law. If you require ADA accommodations, please contact Vyne Education at least two weeks before the seminar date or prior to purchasing any online or distance learning products so that arrangements can be made.
[+] [-] What should I wear?
Unless your company requires otherwise, this is completely up to your discretion! We do recommend you consider bringing a light sweater as we cannot control the temperature of the room to accommodate everyone in attendance.
[+] [-] Is lunch provided?
Lunch is on your own from approximately 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. We make every attempt to select facilities that have a restaurant within the property or several nearby for your convenience.
[+] [-] Do I have to pay for parking?
We do not validate or pay for parking at any seminar. Please call the seminar location for parking costs and information.
[+] [-] Will I receive my continuing education certificate the day of the seminar?
All paid registrations received approximately 10 days before the seminar will receive a continuing education certificate. If you should have any questions in regards to this, please contact our Continuing Education Department for more details.
[+] [-] What is your guarantee?

We have trained over one million health care providers, managers, nurses, professionals and key personnel through our seminars, conferences and study programs. Our programs are guaranteed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of participants. If you attend one of our one-day seminars or purchase an audio product and do not receive the professional or business benefits described in our literature, or have some other professional complaint, please let us know in writing within seven days and we will issue a credit voucher that you or anyone in your facility may use toward another one-day seminar or audio program. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. The seminar begins at 8:00 a.m. and concludes at 3:30 p.m.
[+] [-] How do I register for a seminar?
You can register online, by phone 800.397.0180, by fax 615.346.5350, or by mail at Vyne Education, P.O. Box 200, Brentwood, TN 37024.
[+] [-] How will I know if the seminar is cancelled?
Unfortunately, cancellations may occur at the last minute due to travel delays, weather, or instructor sickness. We make every effort to contact all of the pre-registered attendees with a confirmation number and contact information prior to the seminar. If we have no contact information for you, we cannot inform you – this is why we request your phone and fax numbers, as well as email address.
[+] [-] Can I record Vyne Live Seminars?
All recordings are prohibited at any Vyne Education event.
[+] [-] I need a copy of CCE/Vyne's W-9. How do I get that?
You can download it here or call our Customer Service department at 1-800-397-0180 and request that one be faxed or emailed to you.

Online Courses FAQs

[+] [-] What is covered for the price of the online course?
The cost will cover the course content, test, printable certificate and continuing education.
[+] [-] Can I take the test again without an additional charge if I don't pass it the first time?
Yes, you can take the test up to three (3) times.
[+] [-] What is the required passing score for the test?
The passing score is 75% or higher.
[+] [-] Will I automatically know if I pass the online course?
Yes, once you have completed the test and evaluation form, you will automatically know if you have successfully completed the online course.
[+] [-] Can I print a certificate upon completion of the online course?
Yes, you will be able to print the certificate once you have successfully completed the online course.
[+] [-] If I am not able to complete the course at the time of registration, can I log off and get back on to complete at a later time?
Yes, you can simply sign back on to complete the course at any time.
