SAMARA C KEZELE FRITCHMAN, LMHC, PHD, JD

Samara C. Kezele Fritchman, LMHC, JD, Ph.D., has 30+ years of experience in counseling, mediation, education, employee assistance, and HR consultation, and has trained thousands in essential ethics knowledge. Samara has, through her business endeavors, covered topics in psychology, human relations, job skills and general business, working with all levels of staff spanning a variety of job classifications, ethnic backgrounds, and educational levels. Her work has taken her inside a vast variety of industries: mental health, healthcare, service industries, corporations, and manufacturing. She has developed, coordinated and offered training programs to mental health and healthcare professionals, educators, and professionals in nearly all walks of life - all levels of business activities - employee training, company reorganization, and mediation of disputes and conflict resolution.

She is a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor through NBCC. In addition, Samara is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional through the International EAP Association.

Samara holds a BA in Business and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology. She has a J.D. (Bachelor of Law degree only), and has earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology (PsyEd). Her website is: www.samdia.com
