NICOLE R. QUINT, DOT, OTR/L, is a licensed occupational therapist with more than 14 years of experience in pediatric practice, specializing in sensory processing, executive functioning skills, behavioral strategies, and social emotional learning. Her clinical practice has included work in the hospital, home health, outpatient, and school-based settings. She has been a professor at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) since 2009, providing instruction in both the Masters and Doctoral Programs. Dr. Quint currently provides services in the University’s outpatient clinic as well as consultative services within the resource program at the private school on campus. She has developed programs to promote sensory processing as a foundation for learning, enhance social emotional learning and development to promote performance in all areas, and establish executive function skills to enhance academics and beyond. She is certified in Interactive Metronome and Integrated Listening Systems (iLs), and scholarship recipient for the SPD Foundation’s Level I Mentorship Program. She has presented at AOTA, FOTA, on OccupationalTherapy.com, and at SoPAC (Section on Pediatrics Annual Conference for PT).
