DEBORAH HATCHER, MS, BA, is an OSHA Compliance Specialist with DoctorsManagement, a medical health care consulting firm that specializes in practice management services. Ms. Hatcher has worked in the health care industry for eight years with a background in facility/practitioner credentialing and OSHA compliance with state and federal regulations. In addition, she has over 12 years of experience working in Training and Development, with 7 years in a regulatory environment. Working as an instructional designer, she developed continuing education courses and training materials for OSHA Compliance, Health and Safety, and Organizational Effectiveness. Ms. Hatcher earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1990 and attained a Master of Science degree in Technological and Adult Education in 1994, both from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. She has attained an approved Certification for the DOL-OSHA Outreach Program for General Industry Safety and Health, and is a Certified Medical Practice Manager through DoctorsManagement, LLC.
