Title:
Building Maintenance Manager


Summary:

The Building Maintenance Manager will oversee the building condition; including its major functions i.e. minor electric, plumbing, HVAC, general office layout, office configuration upkeep and general janitorial support. In addition, this position will work closely with the maintenance technician to provide direction and prioritization of projects and tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • This position will be responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and performance of all assigned maintenance and facility support activities
  • Building maintenance; painting, minor electric & plumbing, general repair and replacement of buildings interiors
  • Maintain landscaping, lawns, parking lot, electric generator and building’s exterior
  • Minor roof maintenance/repairs
  • Monitor and enforce all fire and safety regulations to ensure that the building is protected from fire and hazards
  • Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and part
  • This position will also operate motorized equipment and be responsible for equipment maintenance
  • Install and maintain office cubicles and furniture
  • Identify RFP bidder selection and project oversight
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, College/Technical Degree or equivalent experience a plus
  • 5-10 years’ maintenance experience is required, leadership experience a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in general building maintenance; plumbing, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, electrical systems, and operations
  • Ability to perform the various maintenance tasks including being able to lift 50 pounds and greater
  • Strong communication, creative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlines and varied hours including some weekends
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License

Summary:

The Customer Support team is currently looking to fill a Customer Support Representative position. This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between our customers and PESI. As a Customer Support Representative, you are responsible for processing customer requests, customer event verifications, home study verification and general customer inquiries about PESI products and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests via mail, fax, e-mail and phone which include but not limited to; live event registration, all physical products, resellers, webcasts, home study and online courses
  • Process live event materials for CE verifications, onsite product orders and event close outs
  • Provide customer service team support when needed by answering inbound customer calls
  • Process home study requests which includes, processing payment, grading test and sending certificates
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer when applicable
  • Process product returns, undeliverable mail and orders
  • Sell products and services by informing customers of relevant add-ons’ and promotions
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • A professional, courteous and personable personality that works well under pressure
  • Post-secondary education a plus but not required
  • Related experience a plus but not required
  • Strong technical and software aptitude including a proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal

  • Ability to research and resolve complex customer issues and possess strong decision making and analytical skills

The Digital Marketing internship is an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to digital strategies that support the company’s overall marketing and business objectives.

We are looking for the Digital Marketing Intern to work through May 2019 and will expect to approximately work 15-30 hours per week depending on the student’s schedule.


Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting up email marketing communications according to schedule
  • Building database queries for email communications
  • Tracking and reporting campaign performance
  • Building online learning components within course portals
  • Communicating with customers via forums and/or email to address content questions
  • Assisting marketing staff with various projects

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Highly coachable and intellectually curious
  • Minimum of 2 years combined experience and education in marketing, sales or customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs).
  • Write compelling and strategic marketing content.
  • Develop HTML email templates and execute email campaigns using an EMS.
  • Develop, execute and maintain social media campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze digital campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • HTML experience with the ability to code and debug emails using an HTML editor, i.e. Dreamweaver.
  • Experience with digital marketing copywriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage production schedules and changing initiatives while meeting deadlines.
  • Motivation to quickly learn new technology.
  • Excellent problem solving skills in challenging and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with an Email Marketing System (EMS), i.e. Silverpop
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics service
  • Experience with social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Experience with graphics editing and management, i.e. Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with video editing software similar to Adobe Premiere Elements
  • Experience with blogging and content management systems
  • Experience with SEO is a plus
